This policy explains what information Next Level Renovations & Services LLC collects through this website, how it is used and who can see it.

Information you send us. When you request an estimate, we receive the information you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, project location and project details. You can also give us your company or property name, the property type, the service you need, a link to project documents, and files such as photos or plans (PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP).

How we use it. We use this information to review your request, contact you about it and prepare your estimate.

Where it is stored and who can see it. Your request is stored in our database and your files in private storage, both provided by Supabase. Only the Next Level administrator can access them. An email with your request and files is sent to our company inbox, and a confirmation may be sent to the email address you gave us. These emails are delivered by our email provider, Resend. The website is hosted by Cloudflare.

How long we keep it. Requests are kept until we delete them; there is no automatic deletion. When we delete a request, its stored files are deleted too. Emails already delivered remain in the inboxes that received them until they are deleted there.

Correcting or deleting your information. If you want us to correct or delete the information you sent us, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

Design Partners. Businesses invited to our Design Partners portal sign in with an email address and can add a business profile (for example name, description, contact details, links and photos). A profile is shown on this website only after Next Level reviews and approves it, and a street address is shown only if the business chooses to show it.

Cookies and tracking. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools and does not set cookies for visitors. When an administrator or a Design Partner signs in, the browser keeps the sign-in session so the account stays signed in. Because we do not track visitors, there is nothing for a browser's "Do Not Track" setting to turn off, and no third party collects information about your activity on this website for advertising or across other websites. Fonts and icons are loaded from Google Fonts, unpkg.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net, which receive your IP address and browser information in order to deliver them.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
